The Malleodyn S3 Ankle Brace is an innovative ankle joint brace that can be easily dismounted in three steps in line with the course of therapy. During the acute phase, the brace stabilizes, relieves, and cools the ankle, according to the RICE rule (rest, ice, compression, elevation). It can also be used for secondary prevention after the three dismounting steps thanks to the flexible inner-shoe-like design and the easy handling. There are click fasteners that allow users one-time adjustment of the straps for quick application with two clicks. As for the lateral splint, it is anatomically shaped and easily dismountable with one click. And for the Y-belt, this provides users with individual adjustment of stabilization and compression according the individual course of therapy. For its construction, the brace has anti-bacterial bi-elastic inner padding for pressure-free ankles. Its anatomical 3D shell construction combined with bi-elastic spacer fabric also provides superior comfort wear. Lastly, the hydrophilic bi-elastic spacer fabric with carbon finish absorbs moisture and wicks it away from the skin for maximum breathability.
